We accept returns for exchanges or refunds. 

Refunds:

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the package delivered date. We will provide you with a return address. You are required to pay for the return shipping, and there will be 5% restocking fees that is non-refundable. Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after we’ve received your return package.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange it for another product in our store, please contact us within 7 days of the package delivered date. You will receive a shipping address and RMA number. Please write the RMA number on the top of the return package so it can be easily located. You are required to pay for return shipping. On the customs form, please declare the value of the package as $30 and mark it as a gift. Reshipping fees of 25 USD will be charged.

Imp Note: Once you have opened the package, you can inspect the bag but please do not remove the plastics on the handles and straps. If you are unsatisfied with the bag we would like you to return it to us in an original condition. Please do not use the bag, as we won't consider returns once the bag is used.
